California Employers Deadline Approaching

Posted on December 13, 2018October 11, 2019

The Cal/OSHA electronic report of injuries and illnesses is due December 31, 2018, for establishments with 250 or more employees (if not specifically exempt) and establishments with 20 to 250 employees in the industries listed in regulation Appendix H of 8 CCR 14300.41.

On November 1, 2018, California approved changes that require employers to submit Form 300A data covering calendar year 2017 by December 31, 2018.  Employers can report electronically through Federal OHSA’s ITA website.

If you need assistance with determining if reporting is required or submitting your report, contact EHS Compliance Services for a consultation.
